Merchandise and Apparel:
Our returns policy is 30 days from when the order was placed. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging if applicable.
Beer:
We do not accept BEER as a return. Please do not send it back to us. For beer that is leaking, or has been damaged, please send pictures to [email protected] along with your full contact info and order number/proof of purchase. To be accepted for a refund the beer must be unopened when the picture is taken.
You will be contacted through your preferred method about a refund or replacement. A replacement BEER shipment will not be charged shipping fees.
Additional non-returnable/refundable items:
- Gift cards
- Glassware (unless damaged or misprinted)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. (Standard bank processing times will apply)
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check in the following order:
Check your bank account, Credit card company, Next contact your bank (there is often some processing time before a refund is posted)
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected]. We can then reach out to our payment processor.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final and cannot be refunded, besides for damage.
Exchanges
Exchanges for Apparel that does not fit, would essentially be done as a re-order. This will get the new item to you the quickest. When we receive the return in good condition, we will issue a refund on the initial order. Please order carefully as you are responsible for all shipping fees.. All items fit true to size unless specifically noted.
Shipping returns (Merch and Apparel only)
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {3001 New St, Unit A2, Oceanside NY, 11572}. Please enclose paperwork that is clearly marked as a return with a reason.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
